This video is the submission made by Darebin Neighbourhood House Network to the Victorian Parliament Inquiry into Climate Resilience. It includes members of the Darebin community expressing the need for a greater focus on the utility of neighbourhood houses, and greater funding to help these places become adaptable to climate change, enhancing community utility, and assisting vulnerable groups.
