This report evaluated the innovation sandbox project addressing heat vulnerability and risk in urban neighbourhoods by the City of Melbourne known as ‘HeatLab’. FirstPerson Consulting has developed this particular evaluation, helping to understand HeatLab’s effectiveness, lessons for delivery, and which interventions have impact and which should be rolled and scaled into future summers.
