This article articulates the different ways in which Indigenous knowledges can support Australia in adapting to a changing climate. It points to the need for respectful inclusion of Indigenous voices, valuing of Indigenous peoples abilities to identify and adapt to climate changes, sharing this information inclusively with all via influential platforms, and using the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ “relational thinking” and stewardship of Country to work holistically on climate change adaptation.
