The Climate Change Adaptation Lab is made up of a team of researchers taking a collaborative, multi-disciplinary, and reflexive approach to understanding the complex, more-than-climatic character of impacts, as they affect our daily lives. Their research explores the intersections of climate change and work, notably the myriad ways in which climate change is impacting and threatening work, and the types of work involved in responding to climate change.
By focusing on work as purposeful activity, they aim to address the gap between community and organisational adaptation; Asking what do we want and need to adapt, and how?
