Celebrating its 20th Anniversary in 2024, Spadco has been a backbone of community connection in Stuarts Point for many years. Half an hour from Kempsey, the 1,500 residents of Stuarts Point are enveloped by bushland and pristine coastline, but also face risks of fire, flood and rising groundwater. Future development opportunities also present changes to housing affordability and the community profile. Spadco are supporting the community to come together, understand these challenges and develop their resilience plan. They have teamed up with The Resilience Canopy to do their work.
