Verge Gardens of East Gippsland is a community based volunteer group promoting the planting of verge gardens throughout the East Gippsland Shire. Their aim is to create a diverse habitat for local fauna and flora, to promote climate change adaptive practices through the planting of verge vegetation and the maintenance of urban, shade trees.
