Victorian Climate Resilient Councils (VCRC) will be a program to support Victorian councils to manage and reduce climate change risks impacting their services and operations. The VCRC consists of five steps councils can work through on their climate resilience journey, (1) assessing capacity and securing support, (2) conducting a climate change risk assessment, (3) response and strategy planning, (4) implementing priority responses, and (5) reviewing and progressing.
