NAGA is a network of nine councils in Melbourne’s north, working together to create a zero-carbon society and provide maximum protection against the impacts of climate change. The group includes: Banyule City Council, the City of Darebin, Hume City Council, Manningham, City of Melbourne, Merri-bek City Council, Nillumbik Shire, City of Whittlesea and City of Yarra.
