The South East Councils Climate Change Alliance is made up of eight local governments in the South East of Melbourne: Bass Coast, Bayside City Council, Cardinia, City of Casey, Greater Dandenong, Mornington Peninsula Shire, City of Kingston and City of Port Phillip. These councils are united in their approach to mitigate climate change, but also bolster their communities to be resilient and adapted to the changing environmental conditions of the 21st Century.
