This report, written in response to the 2022 Victorian Floods, fits within a broader body of flood recovery work undertaken by Women’s Health Loddon Mallee to apply an intersectional feminist lens to flood recovery and utilise the Gender and Emergency Management (GEM) guidelines. It informs the development of a recovery model that centres the mental health and wellbeing of women and the unique needs of regional communities.
